It was quite a busy day apparently. I called for service at 4:30 on a Friday and finally received a call from Will Canada, the tech, at 8:30. Since I was leaving town the next morning he came out that night and arrived at 9:10. He said I was his 4th call since 4pm. He went to work quickly and new exactly what was causing the problem. It took him about 30 minutes to resolve the issue and was on his way. Hopefully he got home safely and had a good night rest. It is because of service like this that we turn to 24/7 for our HVAC issues. We've had 2 calls for 2 different issues in the past 3 weeks and the service has been fast and courteous each time!
