I can not tell you how many times this company has come to help us AFTER normal business hours. We purchased our Furnace/AC from Dan....he sold us on the maintenance program....we are so glad we are spending the $16 a month. It has paid for itself over and over again. The technician who came out to our home at 7pm on a Friday night, stayed for over 2 hours to figure out what was wrong with our A/C and fixed it! We are having a graduation party here today and they are calling for 90+ degrees, we needed the AC!
