He understands the equipment and how to take care off the Buderus combo heating system. Boiler heats domestic hot water and heats the house.

Been using 24-hour service for a few years now on their maintenance plan and they are great at making sure we are scheduled for the maintenance and every service person who come here is nice and helpful. Today, we had Tom and he gave a little extra by sharing an apple cake recipe. Looking forward to trying it.
