The "service not listed" is humidifier installation, maintenance, and service. I have had a security blanket with 24/7 for many years and purchased a new furnace through them that they installed. I am a single man, 84 years old, living alone, so I need reliable service to be available. 24/7 has done an excellent job in every respect except one: the people on the phone during the overnight hours do a poor job of calling back when I have called in for emergency service. I believe that 24/7 has just recently contracted with new people for this, so this may change if other people complain as well. Otherwise, everything about 24/7 is well done and service is dependable..
Came for scheduled maintenance of furnace and installed new water panel on Aprilaire - which I requested per the fault code. Spent time checking everything so I feel comfortable knowing my furnace is running properly. No upselling or unnecessary items - which I greatly appreciate!!

Having my best not kick on in single digit weather. I was just waiting for the upcharge and to get up sold. Kenny came late at night. Fixed the heater and that was it. Cost me just the affordable service fee.. I was very pleased with the work, and wouldn't hesitate to call this company again. Great job! Thank you

SAME DAY SERVICE, FURNACE WENT DOWN ON THE COLDEST DAY OF THE YEAR SO FAR.... TECH CAME 1 HOUR EARLY FIXED AND FURNACE UP AND RUNNING WITHIN 20 MINUTES OF ARRIVAL. COULDNT ASK FOR BETTER THANKS GUYS.
