I had to have someone come multiple times in the last few weeks when my heater went out. I received same day response each time. On the last visit the temperatue were below freezing but Sean made sure I was not left without heat and explained to me in layman's terms what was happening and gave reassurance that the problem was finally fixed.

We are very happy with the work that was done. We needed a new furnace on an emergency basis and decided to replace our AC as well because it was as old as the furnace (@ 19 yrs) and not as efficient as those sold today. The furnace/AC installation was done within 24 hrs. Crew was very conscientious about showing us the problem and what they did. New furnace is working well and they'll be back next spring to test the AC. Vents were cleaned a few days later and crew again documented with photos what they found. Vents were not as dirty as I thought they'd be after nearly 2 decades. Not sure about the cost because we didn't have time to compare prices changed by other HVAC companies. We were satisfied though.
I contacted 24 Hour Comfort Services in order to have venting installed for pellet stove in garage and they immediately scheduled an appointment to have repair done and provided me with a reasonable price to do so…Their customer service is in a class of its own and they provided professional, courteous, and detailed information regarding all matters pertaining to appointment and work to be done…This is our first time working with 24 Hour Comfort and we couldn't be more pleased with their overall knowledge and professionalism…We will definitely be contacting 24 Hour with any future heating/cooling work we need performed…24 Hour Comfort is in a class of their own!
