I'm so glad I listened to friends when they recommended 24hr Heating & Cooling. Yes, you may end up paying a little bit more than a few other places, but I can't even stress enough how worth it they are. There were unforeseen issues that came up during/after the install, but they didn't even hesitate to fix the issues without charging anything extra. I was even told by a contractor that other companies would have washed their hands of the issues that came up, or at least would have charged me hundreds of dollars extra. They were very professional, the guys that did the install worked well together, and went above and beyond to clean up before they left. Everyone that I've dealt with, even the people answering their phones have gone out of they way to be friendly and help answer all my questions. They truly stand by their products and their service. Highly recommend!

I called them to get an estimate on a new central air unit. Evan was very thorough in his explanation of everything he was doing. He explained why he was doing things in a very easy to understand way. We were very pleased with his explanations. We have not made a definite decision to use this company only because we also have 1 more estimate to get.
Tech was polite and very knowledgeable about the equipment and what he had to do.
